Emergency

     This page is dedicated to emergencies and all that they entail. The MVC team would like to remind all of our clients that we are available for emergencies 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

     If you dial the clinic phone number after normal business hours you will get a recording that tells you to press 3 if you have an emergancy. Leave a brief message as to the nature of your emergency, your name and phone number and the Doctor on call will be paged. If you do not press 3 the message you leave will not be received until the next business day. As there is only one Doctor on call for emergencies there are times when that Doctor may be out of cell phone range dealing with another emergency. If you do not receive a call back within 10 minutes please call again and leave another message to ensure it went through. If the emergency is pressing and you have not heard from one of our vets within 20 minutes please try to call one of the other local veterinarians.

     We all deal with technology on a daily basis and sometimes it lets us down, we apologize for any malfunctions ahead of time and please know that we strive to be here when you need us.
